1. Travel Agency Role
Bookings Done Right operates as a travel agency and tour operator based in Trinidad and Tobago. We assist with all-inclusive Margarita and Tobago packages, custom travel arrangements, and function as an authorized booking agent for Venezolana Airlines and Rutaca Airlines.
2. Flight & Airline Terms
Airline flight schedules, baggage policies, seat availability, and operational delays remain under the direct operational control of the respective operating carrier.
3. Visa & Entry Disclaimer
Bookings Done Right assists travellers with document preparation and form guidance for US Visas and Canadian eTAs. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest with the respective embassy or immigration authority.
